Comanche Trace encompasses the beauty of the Hill Country while offering luxurious homes and world-class resort amenities. Whether you seek the forever home of your dreams, a weekend retreat, or all the benefits of a private country club.
The Hill’s Project:
This contemporary Hill Country home sits on a beautiful single-family lot taking advantage of the views from every room. A wall of glass fills the great room framing the golf course and surrounding hill country. The architect -SLS Partnership, builder, designer and homeowner worked together to create a warm and inviting home using natural materials. Step inside and you will find wood floors, a wood feature wall in the great room, rifted white oak cabinets, natural stone counters, Marvin Windows and doors which include a 10′ tall slider opening to the spacious covered back patio.
The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing by the outdoor fireplace. The spacious primary suite includes spa-like bath, his and her custom closets and opens to the all-encompassing scullery. Each of the two guest suites enjoy private baths with the powder room offering a fourth full bath for the office or fourth bedroom. Attention to detail and beautiful craftsmanship fill this home with elegance, warmth and style.
